New resident resources

Just moved in? Welcome home! To help make it easier for you to acclimate to life in Terraine, we’ve compiled this list of tasks and resources.

Do this right away

After you’ve moved into the community, be sure to complete these steps. If you’re waiting to close on your home, bookmark this page so you can easily access it post-closing.

1. Register for this site

Once approved, you can view resident-only content. Plus, you'll automatically receive resident-only emails.

2. Set up auto-pay for your assessments

If you're a homeowner, set up auto-pay through the assessment payment portal to ensure you don't miss a payment. There's even an option to pay by credit card, if you'd like.

Then get to know your new community

Homeowner assessments

Part of owning a home in a planned community is paying assessments to preserve and enhance shared spaces in Terraine.

Design review

If you’re planning to make updates to the exterior of your home, you’ll need approval first. Get the scoop on the design review process and be sure to submit a design review application before work begins on your project.

Community concern form

Help keep your new community in tip-top shape by reporting issues that affect the whole community, like community landscape and compliance. Just fill out the fully online community concern form — you can even upload a photo, if you have one that will help.

Community governance

There are two nonprofit entities in place whose shared purpose is to maintain the vision and integrity of your community.

Community standards

Terraine has specific community standards on the books to keep your community (and your property value) desirable now and into the future.

Know the rules for rentals

A homeowner may rent out their property after 12 months of ownership. A 30-day minimum lease is required.

Connect with others

Resident directory

Use the resident directory — accessible only when logged in — to connect with your new neighbors.

Resident-led clubs

If you’ve got a passion you’d like to share — music, wine, hiking, etc. — start a club and we’ll help spread the word. It’s a great way to meet your new neighbors.
