Know the rules for rentals
A homeowner must own a home for 12 months before they are allowed to lease it. Additionally, leases must be at least 30 days; short-term rentals are prohibited.
Each time a new lease is signed, the homeowner or property management company must submit the new tenant registration form to alert the association. Once submitted, the tenant will receive an email invitation to register for the resident website.
