Homeowner assessments
Part of owning a home in a planned community is paying assessments to preserve and enhance shared spaces in Terraine.
Design review
If you’re planning to make updates to the exterior of your home, you’ll need approval first. Get the scoop on the design review process and be sure to submit a design review application before work begins on your project.
